PayHOA FAQ
Attention all homeowners, please read!
Please do NOT send payments to the Bloomington PO Box. All payments must be handled by PayHOA either online or via their Las Vegas service center to ensure proper accounting. The HOA board members will not process cash/check payments in the PO box and will return them to you for proper handling per instructions.
Where do we mail check payments?
Please mail check payments with the provided remittance slip in the provided envelope. If you do not include the remittance slip please include your lot number on the Memo line. The correct address is:
Wintergreen HOA
PO BOX 94046
Las Vegas, Nevada 89193-4046
Why are we sending payments to an out-of-state address?
The reason for sending your check to Las Vegas is because that is where the check processing facility for our new cloud-based property management service - PayHOA - is located. PayHOA processes payments for Wintergreen along with 5,000+ other HOAs comprised of 576,000+ residents with some of those HOAs requiring monthly payments. As you can imagine, a large centralized facility is required for that volume of checks and they chose Las Vegas as home. This has huge benefits to the Wintergreen HOA all-volunteer board because receiving, processing, depositing, and accounting for paper checks is a daunting, legacy process.
What is PayHOA and why do we need it?
PayHOA is an online software suite specifically designed to help HOAs manage their community. The board wants to modernize the HOA, take advantage of new tools and features, and give homeowners a better experience.
What should homeowners expect?
PayHOA has a ton of features and a portal where homeowners can login and manage their property. You’ll be able to view and pay your annual assessment, manage your household contact and payment preferences, download your payment history and status for mortgage lenders, and interact with the board and your neighbors in one secure spot – plus much more!
How does this affect annual assessments?
We will use PayHOA to send, receive, and process the annual Wintergreen HOA assessment starting in 2025. To pay digitally, you will be required to sign up with PayHOA and link your account to your property. However, the option remains to mail in a check (to a new address) like usual. PayHOA can send paper invoices and process paper checks, but it also includes paperless and recurring payment options you can opt into. PayPal payments will no longer be accepted.
How do I make a payment?
There are two main options. First, you can mail a check with your remittance slip using the return envelope provided with your assessment invoice. Second, you can pay online through your PayHOA account. All residents can register for free. Once registered we will bind you to your property where you can print your remittance slip to mail or pay online (including a free ACH option). On the Documents tab you can view the 2025 Wintergreen HOA Assessment Supplement which contains the link to register.
Where do I go with questions?
Please send us an email. All board members will receive a copy and someone will respond as quickly as possible.
